               Flotilla 3-10 Callao, Virginia of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary awarded its 2018 Certificate of Fellowship To Joseph Riley.  This award is voted by the membership to the member who contributes the most to the furtherance of Fellowship within the flotilla throughout the year.
